From the scan to the finished part.
We start with 3D scans of the original part and its surroundings. That reference geometry lets us develop custom performance and cosmetic components around the actual interfaces, clearances and shape of your car.
From there we build the design, check the assembly, prototype and refine the fit before agreeing the manufacturing route and finish.
The tools behind the parts.
Our proprietary tools support transmission programming, control calibration and custom crankshaft design, alongside the other software we develop for specialist engineering work. Building our own tools lets us work through the details of a project and carry that knowledge into the finished component.

Build around your application.
Pistons, rods & cranks
Bore, stroke, compression, pin dimensions and clearances need to be considered together. Tell us the engine, intended use and the components already chosen.
Heads & valvetrain
Discuss ports, chamber geometry, valve sizes, installed heights and cam requirements as a complete combination.
Composites & one-off parts
Carbon fibre, glass fibre, ducts, covers and brackets. Start with the fit, finish and environment, then choose an appropriate material and manufacturing route.
The design needs to reach the workshop.
We create custom manuals for the job: assembly sequences, exploded views, installation details and service information tailored to the parts and the people fitting them. Drawings, inspection records and supporting documents are agreed as part of the project scope.
